He has a degree in Mass Communications from Norwalk Technical College and was previously employed as the President of Synectix Telecom, which manufactured cutting-edge products that were approved by major hotel chains, such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice International.

Vipul Rana has been in the communications and cyber security industry since 2007. He has an MS in Cyber Systems and is Cisco, Juniper and Mikro Tik certified. As well, Vipul is a Mitel Certified technician on the 200, 3300 and 400 systems. He was very involved helping create EZ Advantage Products and thus can offer outstanding support to field technicians.
